Multiple LLU exchanges affected. 999 emergency calls are still available. 3rd line IP team investigating Update: 12:45 - 19/03/2010 - Engineer due on site to replace the faulty supervisor card at 13:00 today. Update: 10:35 - 19/03/2010 - Service has been restored to the exchanges. The root cause was a failure on a supervisor card which failed to switchover to a resilient card. A manual switchover has been performed and a replacement card has been ordered. This incident is now changed from a P1 incident to a a loss of card resilience fault/incident.
